Rental Policies

• Condo 1: $900 per week.
  Condo 2: $800 per week.

• Our Michigan vacation condos are available only by the week, Saturday-Saturday.

• Deposit Policy: Paid in full in advance.  2 week cancellation policy.

• Payment Policy: We do not accept credit cards.  Cash or Checks only.

• No Pets, Adults Only (limit 2 adults), No Children.

• No Smoking Anywhere on the Premises.

• No food provided.

• All linens (except beach towels) are provided.
