Cherry Bowl Drive In Theatre
In
continual operation every summer season since it
was built in 1953. It is located among the
cherry orchards, of which this region of
Northwest Michigan has gained worldwide acclaim
and is affectionately called the Cherry Capital
of the World.
Located only 18 miles southwest of Traverse City
on US31 South, 7 miles from the Lake Michigan
shore line and Sleeping Bear Dune National Park,
and a stone throw from the Platte River, the
Cherry Bowl is an icon of entertainment for
